Careers at BLAID
Training
We make people and companies capable with artificial intelligence — in workshops, courses and programmes that land in the working week.

Knowledge that counts on the next working day
We have trained more than 3,000 people in using AI so far, and the measure was the same every time: what can the participants actually do afterwards? We work with real tools on real tasks — from AI fundamentals through prompt engineering and document analysis to data protection and the EU AI Act. As an AZAV-certified provider we are formally audited on it too.
Open roles in training
From teaching assignments to curriculum work — across Germany, remote or on site with the client.
Not seeing what you are looking for? A speculative application is always welcome — we get back to you even when no matching role is advertised right now.

Every course a different room
We train specialists and managers across very different industries, from manufacturing to public administration. Content is tailored per client rather than played back as a standard package. That means a lot of variety, a lot of contact with people, and every time the same job: making one subject clear for exactly this group.
Two areas, one learning outcome
Training works as two closely connected areas: shared materials, shared quality standards, one curriculum.
Teaching & didactics
The work in the room: preparing, running and following up workshops and courses — online, in person or hybrid. This is where a subject either lands or does not, which is why we talk about didactics as precisely as about content.
Curriculum & certification
The work before and after: developing modules, maintaining materials, keeping content current and meeting the requirements of our AZAV certification. An AI curriculum that is a year old is no longer a curriculum.

The best of both worlds: practice and teaching
You are not teaching about AI here, you are teaching out of practice: the projects our examples come from run in this building. Add flexible scheduling, professional materials, assignments across Germany and remote courses — plus a team that develops the content together with you.
What you get
What the day-to-day in training actually looks like — beyond salary and job title.
Examples from real projects
You teach from cases we delivered ourselves, not from examples in a slide template. When a question goes deeper, somebody who worked on the project is two doors away.
Flexible scheduling
Assignments across Germany, remote courses, and a schedule agreed with you. Dates are set early so your calendar stays your own.
A team behind every course
Professional materials, shared templates and colleagues who review content with you. You stand in front of the group, but you do not prepare alone.
Growing demand
AI training is no longer a side subject, and as an AZAV-certified provider we are formally audited. That means long engagements rather than one-off bookings.

Send us your documents anyway. We read every application and get back to you even when there is no matching role advertised right now.
