AI engineering with architecture and rigour
BLAID's engineering team builds the systems our client projects run on: LLM-based applications, process automations and the data foundation underneath them. We work with TypeScript, Python, Docker and cloud infrastructure — and we hold every solution to one standard: it has to survive daily use at a client, not just look good as a prototype.
Open roles in IT
From internship to technical lead — every role comes with real responsibility from the first week.
Not seeing what you are looking for? A speculative application is always welcome — we get back to you even when no matching role is advertised right now.

Many industries, real systems
We work with mid-sized companies across very different industries. No two projects are alike: each one brings its own data sources, its own grown system landscape and its own regulatory requirements. That keeps the work varied — and means you see a great deal of practice in a short time.
Two areas, one stack
Engineering works as two closely connected teams: shared standards, shared reviews, one shared deployment.
AI applications
Our application team builds the solutions clients use every day — LLM-based assistants, document analysis, and the interfaces between frontend, backend and a company's own data sources. From concept through prototype to the production application, it all stays in one pair of hands.
Platform & automation
The platform team owns everything underneath: process automation with n8n and Make, containers, CI/CD and the cloud architecture our applications run on. This is where the standards every project relies on are set — including hosting in Germany where a client needs it.

The best of both worlds: agency and company
Here you combine the pace of a young, growing AI company with the reliability of settled processes. You work across several client projects rather than a single product, with short decision paths and direct contact with the management — and at the same time the long-term perspective your career needs.
What you get
What the day-to-day in engineering actually looks like — beyond salary and job title.
A modern stack, and a real say
You work with TypeScript, Python, Docker and current LLM frameworks — and you help decide which technology a project uses. Architecture decisions are discussed in the team, not handed down.
A working day with flexible hours
A structured working day with flexible hours and the option to work remotely. You fit your hours around your life — overtime here is the exception, not the rule.
Reviews, not solo runs
Every change goes through a code review and every architecture through a joint discussion. That is how you learn from the colleagues beside you — and why nobody carries a decision alone.
Training and workshops
Regular internal sessions where we try out new models, tools and frameworks together. The topics follow whatever the team is actually working on.
Your application — simple and quick
After you apply we get back to you within 2–3 working days. You do not need a cover letter: your CV is enough for a first conversation.
Day 1
Application received
You send us your CV through our application form. We confirm receipt and review your documents as a team.
